The customer services was exceptional - the woman I spoke with talked me through what I was looking for and suggested the perfect mix of flowers. The recipient LOVED them and the flowers were really fresh. Their delivery range is great and next day delivery was really simple.

I sent these to our surrogate for her birthday yesterday and she loved them! I am not from the area and was nervous not knowing the different vendors but I couldn’t be happier. She sent me a picture yesterday and they are the most beautiful flowers and such a stunning bouquet and arrangement. They didn't have the flower arrangement that I chose on the internet but all I cared about was a beautiful arrangement arriving to my birthday girl . The lady called me and she just seems so sweet and kind , and so appreciative that I didn't mind it was not the same arrangement . My friend absolutely loved the bouquet ! And best of all it cheered her up from the depressing events happening in Venezuela which is her home country.. Great service!!! Thank you for making it all possible! As the sender and not the recipient I don't know what the actual arrangement looked like. They told my daughter in law it was beautiful so that makes me happy. I wanted to put a sunflower in the arrangement because that is meaningful for our family as it represents our granddaughter that has passed away. There was no option for this or a place to ask so we didn't. Also, in the card I must have written love twice and would have liked someone to call to see if that was an error, but I get it, I should have proofed it better. Overall, all very happy and thank you.

It’s always a challenge when ordering flowers for someone in another state however, my experience with Florian never disappoints. They offer upscale designs with a large array of exquisite flowers. Pricing is quite reasonable and though I always order on line, I’ve received a personal call from the owner the next day to review my expectations.
If I could I would give them 10 stars!!

We ordered three arrangements for a small wedding four-days in advance. We provided some color suggestions and let Florian make the design choices based upon our budget. All were artfully-crafted and delivered on-time by the shop-owner! The recipients were super happy with everything (even remarking about how much nicer the arrangements from Florian were than the ones they bought from "the popular flower shop" in town)!

Beautiful flowers sent to my mom for her birthday! Very punctual and made my mom very happy. Arrangement is just as ordered and very fresh!

Ordered online from PA for a friend in AZ. She absolutely loved them. The florist called to let me know she didn’t have exactly what I had ordered and gave me some options. They turned out great! Really appreciated her honesty when she was super busy with a wedding and her taking the time to still put out a great product that we’d like.
