They didn't have the flower arrangement that I chose on the internet but all I cared about was a beautiful arrangement arriving to my birthday girl . The lady called me and she just seems so sweet and kind , and so appreciative that I didn't mind it was not the same arrangement . My friend absolutely loved the bouquet ! And best of all it cheered her up from the depressing events happening in Venezuela which is her home country.. Great service!!! Thank you for making it all possible! As the sender and not the recipient I don't know what the actual arrangement looked like. They told my daughter in law it was beautiful so that makes me happy. I wanted to put a sunflower in the arrangement because that is meaningful for our family as it represents our granddaughter that has passed away. There was no option for this or a place to ask so we didn't. Also, in the card I must have written love twice and would have liked someone to call to see if that was an error, but I get it, I should have proofed it better. Overall, all very happy and thank you.

It’s always a challenge when ordering flowers for someone in another state however, my experience with Florian never disappoints. They offer upscale designs with a large array of exquisite flowers. Pricing is quite reasonable and though I always order on line, I’ve received a personal call from the owner the next day to review my expectations.
If I could I would give them 10 stars!!

We ordered three arrangements for a small wedding four-days in advance. We provided some color suggestions and let Florian make the design choices based upon our budget. All were artfully-crafted and delivered on-time by the shop-owner! The recipients were super happy with everything (even remarking about how much nicer the arrangements from Florian were than the ones they bought from "the popular flower shop" in town)!

Aileen Casillas combines creativity and discipline in equal measure. With a background in floral, clay, and graphic design—as well as experience in administration, management, and fire and emergency services—she brings a uniquely versatile perspective to her work. Her floral career began as an assistant and grew into a professional designer role across California, Illinois, and Arizona. A graduate of the Floral Design Institute (2007), she also holds certifications as a Firefighter I/II and EMT, along with an A.A.S. in Fire Science from Yavapai College. Aileen’s work has earned her recognition in Prescott Woman Magazine, Yavapai College’s 2019 Alumni of the Year award, and the honor of serving as a Rose Parade Florist for the Tournament of Roses from 2020–2023.

How do I know my flowers were delivered?

When you placed your order whether online or by phone, if you gave us your email address, you will receive a delivery confirmation email once we mark it delivered in our system. The timestamp on your email doesn’t necessarily indicate the time it was delivered.

I placed an order for delivery when will it be delivered?

All deliveries leave our shop after 1pm and are delivered before 6pm. Depending on our workload during major holidays or extenuating circumstances we will deliver up until 8pm.

Can I request certain flowers or colors?

Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe spot and we contact the recipient to let them know flowers are delivered. Be sure to give us the recipient's phone number when placing your order.
